Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LifeOS™ ("LifeOS", the "Service"), operated by Venturis 13 ("we", "us") and available at venturis13lifeos.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LifeOS is an AI-powered life and venture management platform. It combines venture and goal management, financial planning, task tracking, document management, meetings, and AI assistants into one workspace. Features vary by subscription plan and may evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use LifeOS.
• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Everything done through your account is your responsibility.
• Information you provide must be accurate. Impersonating others or creating accounts through automated means is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• Parts of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices, included features, and any usage allowances (such as AI credits) are shown at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and unused credits or allowances expire as described in your plan.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to LifeOS — goals, tasks, documents, conversations, recordings, and anything else ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to train generalized AI models.

You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights necessary to upload it. If you record meetings or conversations through LifeOS, you are responsible for complying with applicable recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction.

6. AI Features

LifeOS includes AI assistants that generate content, suggestions, and analyses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or acting on it, including actions the assistant takes on your behalf (such as creating calendar events or sending messages) which you initiate or approve.

7. Integrations & Third-Party Services

LifeOS can connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Gmail, Google Drive, Shopify, WhatsApp, and Telegram. These connections are optional and made only with your authorization, which you can revoke at any time. Your use of a third-party service remains governed by that service's own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make that affect an integration.

Where a connected business platform gives us access to personal data about your own customers, we process that data as your processor and you remain its controller. By connecting such a platform you agree to our Data Processing Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms and sets out our obligations, our sub-processors, and the security measures we apply.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent, or to send spam or unsolicited messages through connected integrations.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, or resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product, or use AI features to generate content that violates the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or its users at risk.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, and content we provide — is owned by Venturis 13 and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. No other rights are granted.

10. Termination

You may stop using LifeOS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venturis 13 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Venturis 13 harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Venturis 13 is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
